I was reading a jobs article that said we had over three million jobs less that this time last year. That is a lot of employees not working for businesses. If you are in business market of providing support service to businesses or in computer or service support, you are having to be the most efficient you can to give fast quality service. IT support can no longer work off of dial-up, yes I have used dial-up modems thousands of times for computer and software support. Lets not for get security, it seems like everyday I find there are more viruses and scammers on the internet hacking into sites and connects, so security is real important. Do you remember when we thought that 128-bit encryption would be the most anyone would ever need. We the new standard in remote control software to provide business customers with support is now the 256-bit encryption, about the highest I have seen. Computer support access to remote users PC’s need to be able to control another PC via the internet to support, troubleshoot problems, data file access and the newest of cutting edge technology is to access PC with a group or team. Time for me to get my hands on the 256-bit encryption remote access software.
