I think most everyone starts out in an apartment and for many they stay in apartments because of the convenience. You can move to where ever your work takes you which cuts down on the commute time. You can find an apartment that fits your needs such as tennis courts, swimming pools or closer to shops and stores. There is something about living in an apartment community that draws people in. There are apartments for rent in just about any area that you may want to live which is another appealing thing for apartment renters. When we first started renting apartments we would rent one we loved and then they would start building another apartment complex closer to our work. We would then find ourselves moving again and then the same thing happened until we found ourselves very close to our jobs! After two years of the convenient location we both changed jobs and the commute went back the other way. We found ourselves working right across the street from our first apartments! We then of course wound up going back to our old apartments and as luck would have it (even though it had been years) we moved back into our original apartment! We have all heard that saying everything goes and comes back again and in this case it could not have been more spot on! We enjoyed apartment living because of all the amenities. I loved the fact if something broke they would come out and fix it. We have always been lucky in the apartments we have rented that we have had good landlords. We make certain and read the small print and we also listen to what others are saying that have stayed in the apartments before we move in. People love to tell you good or bad about a place so it is always good to ask.
