The new year has made many people make their usual pledges to themselves. I do believe that most people really mean it when they make these resolutions but they just do not have the deep desire to follow it through. There are more nordictrac machines and other workout gear bought now then any other time of year but do not worry if you are looking for one you can find them for sale in the want adds by the middle of the year! I built my entire workout room with machines that someone did not want. There is always a positive to every negative.
