If you have been in the market for eyeglasses then you have experienced what so many of us have and that is sticker shock. I have a family of eyeglass wearers so we were surprised at how much it all added up to. After that experience I knew there had to be somewhere that understood the needs of those that wear glasses and did not want to sell the family car to buy them. I read an article about Zenni Optical. They sell cheap eyeglasses. I read on because that got my attention. They make their own eyeglasses so they do not carry the over priced name brands. By carrying their own brand they have control over quality and pricing. They use modern materials and design them in the fashionable and current styles. So far so good I read on. They also do not advertise which we all know saves a lot of expense. They use their customers to do the advertising for them. If a customer buys something at a good price and they get a good product then they will tell others. Zenni Optical is counting on that for their advertising. To me that tells me how important their customer service department is to them. They have to have a satisfied customer to get a good review. That tells me each sale is important and they have confidence in their products.
