The job market has more people out looking for work then I have ever seen. While I was having lunch one day I noticed and entire table of young professional looking people that were all working on their resumes. When I asked one of them about what they have found in the search for a job they all began to tell me of the many applications they have filled out. They also told me that they have a different resume depending on the type of job they are filling the application out for. They are really just wanting work and even though they each had degrees they were willing to work anywhere. They said some companies may think they are over qualified so they play down their educations but others need everything they have educated themselves with. Finding work these days is a skill all of it’s own.
