It is a fact that jobs can be harder to find then they once were. There are some jobs out there but not as many as there were a few years ago. There are System Administrator Jobs in place right now. The need for this position gives hope to those that have experience in this field. When ever we hear about jobs opening it gives hope that the economy is on it’s way back up. When my young niece got her first job needless to say she was so happy. She tried on her new uniform and it fit perfect and she showed everyone her own clipboard. There are some jobs that are still out there but not a lot. We have several friends that have become victims to this economy. It has been very difficult for some of them to find work because they are in specific fields that limit them. The two that are accountants found accounting jobs fairly quickly. They were very happy about that. It has been difficult for their families but they are determined to make this a positive experience. Two of them have changed careers like so many are doing. The job market has more people out looking for work then I have ever seen. While I was having lunch one day I noticed and entire table of young professional looking people that were all working on their resumes. When I asked one of them about what they have found in the search for a job they all began to tell me of the many applications they have filled out. They also told me that they have a different resume depending on the type of job they are filling the application out for. They are really just wanting work and even though they each had degrees they were willing to work anywhere. They said some companies may think they are over qualified so they play down their educations but others need everything they have educated themselves with. Finding work these days is a skill all of it’s own.
